Purchasing a gift card

Step 1 - Choose a gift card

1. Click the gift card from the store page, and the gift card’s item page will open.

2. Select a value (gift card amount) from the drop-down menu, then click Purchase.

3. You will be redirected to the checkout page.

Step 2 - Choose a delivery method

In the Gift Card Delivery box on the checkout page, you can choose Email to Recipient or Email to You.

Email to Recipient

If you want to email the gift card to the recipient, enter this information to include in the email sent to the recipient:

• Recipient name

• Recipient email (required)

• Message (80 character limit)

• Sender name

Email to You

If you want to email the gift card to yourself, enter this information to include in the email:

• Recipient name

• Message (80 character limit)

• Sender name

Step 3 - Complete checkout

To complete checkout, you will:

• Enter email address and billing information.

• Review information.

• Click Purchase.

After the purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered using the chosen method.

• Email to Recipient - The recipient will receive an email with the gift card message and code.

• Email to You - The purchaser will receive an email with the gift card details, which they can print.

Redeeming a gift card

After the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. They can apply the gift card to any physical, digital, or service product online. Customers can't use gift cards to buy subscription products.

Gift cards apply to the order total, including tax, shipping, and any transaction fees. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, you'll pay the remaining amount using your our store's supported payment methods or another gift card.

TERMS OF SERVICE & AGREEMENT

Please note that by making this purchase, you are agreeing that your electronic payment and signature will be accepted as your digital/printed signature. Also, you are acknowledging receipt and agreement of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Client Commitment.

AGREEMENT TO CHARGE

By completing this purchase, the customer is admitting that payment was sent for the product and/or services outlined and is in full agreement with the terms within this agreement. If the customer attempts to cancel, refute or object to the payment being processed through their banking institution or our payment processor this verbiage will be used to confirm your voluntary agreement to the charge.

PROCESSING FEES & TAXES

Processing Fees: Your total balance may be assessed a processing fee of (2.9% + 30 cents) for all debit and credit card transactions. Processing fees will be reflected on the final invoice and/or at checkout.

• Taxes: Your total balance may also be assessed taxes as regulated by the state. Taxes will be reflected on the final invoice and/or at checkout.

NON-DISCLOSURE

A. No Disclosure. The Recipient will hold Confidential Information in confidence and will not disclose the Confidential Information to any person or entity without the prior written consent of the Owner. The Recipient will also ensure that the Confidential Information is protected from being disclosed to outside parties in whichever form it is held, including physical, digital or via online platform.

B. No Copying/Modifying/Reproducing. The Recipient will not copy, modify, or reserve/reproduce for the personal use of their own, any Confidential Information without the prior written consent of the Owner.

C. Unauthorized Use. The Recipient shall promptly advise the Owner if the Recipient becomes aware of any possible unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information. If the Confidential Information is accidentally disclosed, in violation of clause II.A, the Recipient will take all reasonable steps necessary to rectify the error and notify the Owner immediately.
