The purpose of this session is to empower you to better understand and assess your challenges, needs, and opportunities as it relates to your:

  • 2-Hour of Focused Talent Strategy(s) based upon your purchased package level (in the GOLD STRATEGY, PLATINUM HYBRID, & DIAMOND VIP WORKING SESSION PACKAGES)

  • If purchased, you may also receive 8-Hour Talent Strategy Implementation Sessions (in the DIAMOND VIP WORKING SESSION PACKAGES)

  • Strategy and Implementation sessions will incorporate your completed Client Application / Intake Form, Talent Assessment, and completed 5-Min Self-Guided Leadership Assessment.

  • Insights will include Verbal Recommendations in ONE Talent Areas such as:

    Talent Planning Strategy & Process

    Talent Operations,

    Talent Process Streamlining,

    Hiring Strategy,

    Compensation Strategy,

    HR Systems,

    Talent Optimization & Predictive Technology,

    Employee Performance Strategy,

This service DOES NOT INCLUDE a Deep Dive Diagnostic or Strategy in the area of your Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Employee Culture, Employee Experience, Succession Planning, Career Pathing & Development, Diversity & Inclusion. These are highly specialized and niche processes that each require an individual assessment of their own which is offered, booked, billed, and scheduled separately through the Employee Engagement & Culture Assessment.

    2. Should you wish to track and measure your Talent Decisions and Data, you can UPGRADE to Talent Optimization Software and Technology as well as other HR Technology recommended by us or through other providers.

HOW TO USE 2-HOUR TALENT STRATEGY SESSIONS

  • 4 Sessions:

    • 1 Session / Quarter

  • 8 Sessions:

    • 2 Sessions / Quarter

  • 12 Sessions:

    • 3 Sessions / Quarter

  • 24 Sessions

    • 2 Sessions/month for a year

  • 48 Sessions

    • 2 Sessions/month for 2 years

  • 72 Sessions

    • 2 Sessions/month for 3 years

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PURCHASE

  • Upon Booking the 2-Hour Strategy Session Package, you will receive an email confirmation confirming payment receipt. You will receive a link to schedule. You can then book a day and time or multiple days for your Strategy Calls. When you schedule your calls, you will receive an email confirmation. You can then choose to "save this appointment to your calendar.”

CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, simply go to the original email confirmation and select the "cancel" or "reschedule" option at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours (in advance) will be forfeited.

LATE ARRIVALS

After a 5-minute grace period, appointment will automatically be cancelled. Should you arrive late, no additional time will be added to your appointment.

On the date of strategy session, you can follow the link provided in your confirmation email to log into the appointment.

  3. Complete a Client Intake Form/Application. This information will help to determine which programs you qualify for.

  4. Satisfy in full the Payment for services where a fee is required (by processing payment within the booking tool. You can do this by entering your card number into the booking tool.)

  5. Book a Service /Time to conduct the session based on calendar availability (for the initial service)

  6. Purchase a Package / Time to conduct the session based on calendar availability (for the services beyond)

  7. Ensure that you have strong internet connection

  8. Test the meeting link
