WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PURCHASE

• Upon Booking the Talent Strategy Assessment, you will receive an email confirmation for your purchase followed by a scheduling link to book a session for the date of your choosing to meet consultant. You can then choose to "save this appointment to your calendar.”

CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule, simply go to the original email confirmation and select the "cancel" or "reschedule" option at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours (in advance) will be forfeited.

LATE ARRIVALS

• After a 5-minute grace period, appointment will automatically be cancelled. Should you arrive late, no additional time will be added to your appointment.

REFUND POLICY

• Satisfy in full the Payment for services where a fee is required (by processing payment within the booking tool. You can do this by entering your card number into the booking tool.)

• Purchase a Package / Time to conduct the session based on calendar availability (for the services beyond)

TERMS OF SERVICE & AGREEMENT

Please note that by making this purchase, you are agreeing that your electronic payment and signature will be accepted as your digital/printed signature. Also, you are acknowledging receipt and agreement of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Client Commitment.

AGREEMENT TO CHARGE

By completing this purchase, the customer is admitting that payment was sent for the product and/or services outlined and is in full agreement with the terms within this agreement. If the customer attempts to cancel, refute or object to the payment being processed through their banking institution or our payment processor this verbiage will be used to confirm your voluntary agreement to the charge.

PROCESSING FEES & TAXES

Processing Fees: Your total balance may be assessed a processing fee of (2.9% + 30 cents) for all debit and credit card transactions. Processing fees will be reflected on the final invoice and/or at checkout.

• Taxes: Your total balance may also be assessed taxes as regulated by the state. Taxes will be reflected on the final invoice and/or at checkout.

NON-DISCLOSURE

A. No Disclosure. The Recipient will hold Confidential Information in confidence and will not disclose the Confidential Information to any person or entity without the prior written consent of the Owner. The Recipient will also ensure that the Confidential Information is protected from being disclosed to outside parties in whichever form it is held, including physical, digital or via online platform.

B. No Copying/Modifying/Reproducing. The Recipient will not copy, modify, or reserve/reproduce for the personal use of their own, any Confidential Information without the prior written consent of the Owner.

C. Unauthorized Use. The Recipient shall promptly advise the Owner if the Recipient becomes aware of any possible unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information. If the Confidential Information is accidentally disclosed, in violation of clause II.A, the Recipient will take all reasonable steps necessary to rectify the error and notify the Owner immediately.
