Appointments include a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive after this window, your session will be automatically canceled without additional time added.

AGREEMENT TO CHARGE
By completing this purchase, the customer is admitting that payment was sent for the product and/or services outlined and is in full agreement with the terms within this agreement. If the customer attempts to cancel, refute or object to the payment being processed through their banking institution or our payment processor this verbiage will be used to confirm your voluntary agreement to the charge.

Processing Fees: Your total balance may be assessed a processing fee of (2.9% + 30 cents) for all debit and credit card transactions. Processing fees will be reflected on the final invoice and/or at checkout.

NON-DISCLOSURE
A. No Disclosure. The Recipient will hold Confidential Information in confidence and will not disclose the Confidential Information to any person or entity without the prior written consent of the Owner. The Recipient will also ensure that the Confidential Information is protected from being disclosed to outside parties in whichever form it is held, including physical, digital or via online platform.
B. No Copying/Modifying/Reproducing. The Recipient will not copy, modify, or reserve/reproduce for the personal use of their own, any Confidential Information without the prior written consent of the Owner.
C. Unauthorized Use. The Recipient shall promptly advise the Owner if the Recipient becomes aware of any possible unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information. If the Confidential Information is accidentally disclosed, in violation of clause II.A, the Recipient will take all reasonable steps necessary to rectify the error and notify the Owner immediately.
